How do I install a Remzy app?
Open the app page on this site and tap the store button. The button only appears on platforms where the app is available.
Do I need an account?
No. Our apps work straight away without signing up.

Reminders, people and notifications.

Why did I not get a notification?
Check that notifications are allowed for the app in your phone settings, and that the reminder time has been set for that person.
Can I add anniversaries too?
Yes — any important date can be added the same way as a birthday.

Why does the compass wobble?
Move away from metal objects and electronics, then calibrate by moving your phone in a figure of eight.
